Please add remarks when you transfer to the bank account

Thank you for the service. Please add remarks field that should be visible to the receiver. This is so that they know where the amount is coming from. The transaction ID you provide doesn’t match with the bank reference ID so at least you add remarks column which you can copy when you pay to the bank. In my case, the account holder was not able to track the amount I paid to them until I shared the bank reference ID provided by you through email post connecting with your support team. So, remarks need to be added. Hope that makes sense and is helpful.

Stay away from Snapay

Snapay is a team of liars and looters. They said Instapay transactions can be made on 1st May when checked with them on 30th April. My friend made an Instapay transaction on May 1st, their expected settlement date is 3rd May. They charge about 3.5% commission on Instapay transactions and there is so much of delay in their payment processing. The chat support is useless and very lethargic, the standard answer one hear from them to any query is payment will be done on priority basis. Why the heck you morons had allowed the Instapay transaction on 1st May at the first place when the settlement is on 3rd May. This is ridiculous. I wish App Store has an option to give negative ratings for this kind of unethical liars.
