SnapStore - We Print Memories 4+

I simply love it! I have already placed my next order with you guys. It’s a perfect gift thingy. The only difficulty I faced was couldn’t contact you guys to send mail and receive is a bit annoying! Also I wanted my pictures to be printed order wise but there was no option for that! Maybe you guys could make your app more user friendly like chat box and order cancellation! Anyway I loved my first order with you guys! You guys do really print memories it’s simple and sweet perfect to gift your loved ones ♥️

I had bought a picture with frame from them. First of all I got only a sms with an order number. There was no other communication and the sms said the order will arrive in 10-12 days. I waited patiently. The order did arrive in 12 days. The packaging was good with too much of bubble wrap. However to my horror when I had opened the package the frame was in two pieces. One side was completely snapped into two. With the amount of bubble wrap it had the only way it could have broken is if it was packed that way. Or the material was really cheap like a twig that even a small drop would break it. I contacted the customer care. Sent them all the pictures. They said they could only give me the refund of 100 rs. The invoice said the frame is 169 and vat is 27 and shipping was 50. I tried to reason with them saying that I could forego the shipping however please return the amount I paid for the frame. But they kept repeating the same thing again and again saying they are not responsible as this broke in shipping. I had no other option but to get the 100 rs alone. First of all the quality is so bad. Secondly despite paying 50 rs for shipping you get a very bad shipping where they break your item. Thirdly this company is commuting gst fraud and still charges VAT. AND FINALLY THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE THEY ONLY REEPAT ONE THING AGAIN AND AGAIN.

They guys have done an amazing work when I first placed my order it got stuck due to some issues but their team on Instagram is too supportive n solved my issues then I reordered a snap book of 47pics just got it in two days and then I reordered one more snap book of 71pictures with matte paper it was outstanding love their work sone issues with the app but just love snapstore please do order n they have a supportive team if any issues caused just contact them on insta
