SnapStore - We Print Memories 4+

Probably the Best app for printing pictures that I’ve ever come across. I have already got so many pictures printed and that too in such affordable rate. The best part is you can choose the size of your pictures as well as the texture such as gloss, matte as well as 3D.
Also the quality of the pictures is amazing.
Highly recommended.
Just one suggestion, if the app could have more features like in app tracking of order then it’d be a bit helpful for the users.
Apart from that, it’s just fantastic.

I had bought a picture with frame from them. First of all I got only a sms with an order number. There was no other communication and the sms said the order will arrive in 10-12 days. I waited patiently. The order did arrive in 12 days. The packaging was good with too much of bubble wrap. However to my horror when I had opened the package the frame was in two pieces. One side was completely snapped into two. With the amount of bubble wrap it had the only way it could have broken is if it was packed that way. Or the material was really cheap like a twig that even a small drop would break it. I contacted the customer care. Sent them all the pictures. They said they could only give me the refund of 100 rs. The invoice said the frame is 169 and vat is 27 and shipping was 50. I tried to reason with them saying that I could forego the shipping however please return the amount I paid for the frame. But they kept repeating the same thing again and again saying they are not responsible as this broke in shipping. I had no other option but to get the 100 rs alone. First of all the quality is so bad. Secondly despite paying 50 rs for shipping you get a very bad shipping where they break your item. Thirdly this company is commuting gst fraud and still charges VAT. AND FINALLY THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE THEY ONLY REEPAT ONE THING AGAIN AND AGAIN.

I recently tried to create a photo book using this app, and my experience was quite disappointing. After carefully selecting the pictures and filling in all the required details like my address, I proceeded to checkout and paid through UPI. The money was deducted from my account (I have the transaction details to prove it), but I received no confirmation of the payment.

To make matters worse, I couldn’t find any customer care details to address my issue. There seems to be no way to contact support or get any help, which is extremely frustrating. I expected a smoother and more reliable experience, especially when dealing with payments. I hope the developers address these issues soon and provide a more user-friendly and trustworthy service.
