Lost all previous progress

Hi, I used to play this game and already won 300+ games out of 500 and was holding 2/3 millions coins, and was logged in with Facebook account from beginning. But now System is showing status at Level 1. Kind request to restore my previous status.

Can be a best snooker game

Everything seems to be fine as of now I am playing this game from the last 3 days great graphics, nice views and angle , the only thing according to me in which this game lacks is less number of cues and connection problem..fix these problems and I am sure about it your this game will be on the top.
