Working fine for me now
I have logged in again to the app from my iphone (ios12).
All bugs that were there have been sorted with respect to complaints regarding :
Visitor management and billing. Other services also seeming to work fine.
Such a bad app
The app itself is so bad, and the customer care complements it well enough. The small issues here and there were still ok, but they have a serious development issue. The helpdesk data wasn’t loading first, they got me reinstall the app. That followed with groups disappearing. Contacting their customer care over whatsapp (which by the way happened a day later) I got to know that it is a known issue and they are working on it. Really? It was all working fine until I reinstalled the app and it broke up. Currently, all the iOS clients are affected. How cheap development model do you have that the problem of this level persists at least for a month? Do you not care at all?
Pathetic.
Lot of upgrade required
There are lot of fields left empty (like maintenance/ project staff, parking numbers, amenities for booking, etc). Also the photo of the society is not of AGV-2 could be changed very easily. The album is empty. The vendors section doesn’t have any information. Neighbors information is also blank. Lot of work to be done for everyone to enjoy this wonderful software.
