Game Crashing issue.
Devs please resolve the crashing issue. I love this game and would like to continue playing it, everything is superb starting from the graphics to the gameplay, the free rewards and codes you provide are just cherry on the top. I really appreciate you guys and your team for that but this crashing is getting on my nerves. I had to play Power of Destruction 16 times just to complete 1 mission, that too after attaching a cooler to my IPhone 13 and sitting directly under fan with my AC at 16 degree Celsius (I thought that the game was crashing due to heating of my IPhone but it was not). And Workshop of brilliant light is just Impossible due to which it is getting really hard to progress in the game. Tried every other way to resolve it from reinstalling to every other troubleshoot methods but nothing is working. I don’t know if the unstable server is the issue or any other problem is in the game but please resolve the issue and fix the crashing problem…

Solo crashing
This game has become unplayable now for me. I cannot even complete a round of any mode without crashing, except for gates. It is so much frustrating when the game crashes during a round. Be it BOC, WOBL, Normal mode, POD, guild boss, and the list goes on. The issue is persistent even after trying every possible troubleshooting method and reinstalling the game multiple times. I did not expect that, at least on an iPhone 13. I tried to resolve the problem directly with Apple support with all device analytics and all, but no issues were found with the device. I even tried with Netmarble and got a reply in the same old basic troubleshooting methods that kids can recite. It is totally pointless to play this game anymore without any support from the developers.
