I invested a lot of time on the internet for a solution by which I could be reachable to my work contacts and colleagues, without either of us paying international call/roaming charges. Sonetel is like a gift from God. If anything, I would reduce a 0.5 stars from my 5 star review since incoming SMS don’t always reach my email inbox (at least, not on time...) but that would feel ungrateful for the huge problem this service solves. Thanks, Sonetel. Keep it up!
Excellent service by Vikas
I had an issue with my service since 3 months. Luckily I came across Vikas who solved all my issues today. He just took 45 minutes of my time to resolve the issue and moreover he went ahead proactively and helped me out with the new settings of the app as well. What I realised today is that the service what you get is definitely not dependent on the company, it obviously depends on the employees you hire. Just one suggestion for Sonetel, hire more employees like Vikas( unlike the one who wasted my money and time since 3 months)
