Sonos 4+

I am using SONOS PLAY5 gen 2, I am having that speaker from 7 years and now also it is in awesome condition but scratches I ignore because that is our fault but the volume buttons and other buttons are fully in good condition. But, some people complaint about volume buttons and other buttons. See, that is your fault not of SONOS that is your responsibility to care about your speaker. I am sorry if you think I am rude but I am not rude at all. Thank you…! ✌️

I don’t know why people have this obsession with change to attract or appeal to more audience. In the process misplace everything and make other things dysfunctional. Whatever was there was fine. Believe it or not we can’t make a playlist of our own. Their own nonsensical playlists are displayed. Now I can’t even map my network music drive. The mapping that has been there since the beginning of time seems to be having hiccups. Scared to move anything because I may not be able to map it again. It is important to learn from Apple how subtly they make the changes. You always find the things that were there and seems like they have not made any changes, but they have changed a whole lot. That is not even a help or guidance to how to map it in the new version. Nobody’s on the live chat.

I am using SONOS from around 7-8 years. I was impressed by the reliability of the app and the sound of speakers. I have recommended the system to many of my friends. However from two months after major upgrade (?) Sonos didn't left any chance to shatter my confidence on its app. There are various issues in current version like trueplay and spatial audio disabling automatically, unable to access music library many times, sonos playlist missing many times , sluggish while accessing local albums, no search option by category like artist/song/ etc. its a genuine downgrade. Releasing app without completely testing was a big blunder !!!
