Short term usage of 1year..
Hello SONY…
I have your top of the line premium TWS 1000xm4…and
U can do a lot to make this device a lot better in usage in my view…
Some of the problems which can not be ignored like:-
1) The battery usage varies from time to time, some times it go to 6+ hrs but some times less than 5hrs.. battery optimisation should be checked.
2) Second what I felt is the always saying (connected) which is good, but not while u connect it between calls it blanks the call for seconds and u loose what the other side caller is saying or telling about.. so please go thru this software thing to disable it automatically while in call… only the beep sound is enough to let us know it’s connected..
3) it’s about the build quality, only about the hinge. It feels very clumsy and can be break in long term use.
4) Sound quality is really good but the issue is with the equaliser, I have to set the manual mode again and again. I don’t know how it set to default mode automatically which is really annoying.
Well common, we are paying a good sum for this TWS it’s ur premium product..

Fix the connection issue
So when I use my Sony MX1000M3 across any of my iOS devices I face this issue where the headphone is connected to the Bluetooth in my device but when I open the app it’s just shows that it isn’t connected and I have to press connect every time I open the app. Fix that and I hope you guys are listening, I mean you charge a lot of money for these headphones give us the same great experience across the software front as well via the app.
Fix it please.
Fix update required ASAP
I have the WF-1000XM5 connected to my iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 17.4.1 and the XM5 version 3.0.1 but whenever I use phone calls/facetime on my iPhone the bluetooth kept disconnecting/reconnecting frequently from time to time which is unexpected from this flagship earphones. I enabled prefer the stable connection from the app and disabled the DSEE extreme but does not have an effect. I have already done resetting and initializing the earphones but does not help. I tried my XM5 on my iPad Pro’s facetime and I could get more than an hour without any disconnection. I believe the problem lies with the iPhone and the earphones compatibility. Please solve this issue at the earliest with an update ASAP! Thank you.
