Unprofessional way of doing business

I have placed an order 2 days ago, so far there is no communication from Spencer’s, there is no way to contact them. Toll free number is not existing, no body is responding to email. The order status is no more in pending state, it seems I have been duped. Please do not place an order, you might loose your money.

So far, I sent 2 emails, but no response. Tried calling toll free number but unable to connect. Received delivery 3 days later. But I did not receive all the items. Order amount ₹520, items delivered worth ₹342. Remaining money so far did not get credited either to wallet or my original mode of payment. Don’t even know if I will get it.

The worst part is, there is no update on order status from Spencer’s and no reply to emails, leave alone answering the toll free number. Even the WhatsApp number provided in store is not responsive. The person holding Whatsapp phone doesn’t bother to reply.

Please do not implement any service, if you don’t have sufficient manpower or knowledge of the same, or else it will spoil your brand value and image. It takes very long to build the reputation and short time to damage it.

Extremely unprofessional !!

This happened thrice with me. I placed an order. Just an hour before delivery, the store calls up and says the items are out of stock. They asked me to cancel the order. The customer care no in the app is a non-existing no. However i got the number through the corporate website. When asked about this incident, they were cool about this. The response from customer care executive was that the physical stock in the store is never in sync with the system stock, so it is not guaranteed that what reflects in the app is actually available in there inventory. Secondly, once an user orders online, the items does not get reserved for delivery to the customer, so they are available for offline selling as well. What a pathetic delivery management and I don’t think that these guys actually bother about the supply chain management or know the basics of it !!

Waste of an app, delivery service and precious time. Can never match to any other delivery services !! Truly pathetic !!

App is very slow

I placed an order sometime back and didn’t receive any mail/message or confirmation that the order was placed. But I got a notification from my bank that the money was deducted. On my app it showed all my orders in the cart and asked for the payment again. Now after 1 hour I can see that the order is placed.
Please fix the functioning of the app. It’s extremely slow even if we have to add 2 items to the cart we have to wait for it to load.
Sometimes the app force closes in between and the process needs to be repeated. It’s very time consuming.
