Awesome Experience

Awesome. My experience with Spinny can be discribed with this one word. From purchase to selling off, everything was easy and smooth. And the best part is, when I bought my vehicle it was delivered on my door step and with the active FASTAG. So I can use that FASTAG from my very first drive. Even when my car broke down, the help reached me in no time and vehicle was repaired and returned within the promised time. Selling off was again as smooth as buying. I would have reduced half star as Spinny did not serve my area when I am returning the car so I have to drive down to better and convenient location so that car can be dropped. But as the option of 4.5 stars is not there, I have given them 5 stars.

Spiny; It’s Buying scam

It’s scam, initially after evaluation offered high price so you will be tempted and get multiple calls from spinny representative to accept the price, looking at higher price and follow up for immediate deal, you reject all other offers from other dealers. After accepting the offer they will show that they have scheduled pickup for your car and their representatives will come for car pickup and documentation work at given time be ready with all documents given in list. After that nobody comes, after waiting for hour or two when you call their representative he will say waiting for advance from channel partner and once done they will update you. After that they just back out and gives the reason which shows you have not accepted the price within given time, you are at fault. Then you try to follow up to representatives which do not reply to messages or calls. You try to schedule call back from given link but no call back received afterwards It’s scam now if you go to local dealer again they will now offer lower that what was offered earlier. I think they are sharing profits with local dealers with such collaboration. Since I had got calls from local dealers in between offering much lower price and when I said I already have this Xxx price that say you are already getting much higher you can blindly take the offer. Surprise is offer price by dealer is without seeing the car which clearly indicates they are planted.

Can't match their own range

They will show one price range for the car and do at home evaluation where they don't collect the details properly and give quote which is definitely lesser than their own price range, then they call you and openly say the price range in our app and site is just for the sake of getting people to let their cars evaluated but we give offer which is 20-30% less than the range and market value. When you try to buy the same car from them it will be 20-30% more than market value and their own range. In the name of hassle-free they are fooling customers. If you love your car find a genuine buyer and avoid Spinny etc. I questioned why do you advertise "we pay in the range for 99% customers", they just cut the call.

Update : After the above review I was given an offer which is mid of their range and when I accepted the offer their customer care calls up and says again that it is a technical issue and we still can offer only outside the range like earlier. What kind of app is this that customer is shown one offer and when accepted you call back to say it is a technical glitch and offer outside your own shown range. I am getting much better offers outside which are 20-30% more than your offer, never approaching you again and will advice people to stay away from Spinny for their technical glitches and poor inspection and pathetic quotes which don't even respect their own range.
