Needs improvement

I am a regular user of Sri Sri Tattva products. I have been using the app for a while and I see the improvements. However there is still room for improvement.

1. Feedback section is missing.
2. We can’t edit the order after placing.
3. I think the packing is more than necessary. I see bubble wrap for each and every product including soaps etc. we don’t have to overdo it. It can be optimized. Since bubble wrap is not eco friendly , better not to overuse it.

Few suggestions

App is a much improved version from the previous version.
1. There is no feedback section in the app
2. After successful payment for an order, the screen does not have a Link to reach “Home” screen. Going back by clicking on back arrow repeats the payment!
3. After successfully making payment for an order, items are not removed from the shopping cart.
4. Those who are using old version, don’t see any message to upgrade! All sections are empty. At least there should be a message suggesting to uninstall the app and reinstall the newer version.

Very poor Customer support

Everything went well until the orders delivered correctly. But the customer support was very very poor. There is no option to the customer to contact them except email, and no one reply to your email if there is something to look in. One of my orders on 27th July has not delivered yet. I sent multiple emails about the order, there was one reply on my order mentioning no issue. Later I realised I gave a wrong order I’d and sent correct one. From then no one replied even after multiple reminders and requests.

I liked their products but seeing the customer support I am not preferring to put orders again. I cannot put my money in air.
