SSL Mobile Trading 4+

The app has become highly unresponsive nowadays and there has been no recent update in last 3 months. There are several glitches in the app and it’s highly impossible to use it. The app fails to connect to the server and no prices of the stocks are being shown along with the change in prices when the markets are open. The app is highly unreliable and unresponsive and has a lot of bugs and it has become almost impossible to use the app after the recent stable release of iOS 13.4. Not to mention pathetic UI/UX design which is of no use!
I’m using the “latest” v2.0.3!
There are no updates after this update which was rolled around 3 months back and also, I’m tired of searching for the in-app support and after all the research I’ve done, the app has no in-app support. Is this a joke?
Please roll a new update so that the app is more reliable and responsive. The app requires a complete revamp and needs to be more reliable. Right now, the app is so pathetic that I wish I could rate it 0 or rather -1 star!

Ridiculous interface .. took 1 month just to generate a login id and password that too had to ask customer care what’s the delay for and then they sent it .. can’t sell any stock holdings as the app won’t let us .. won’t recommend to anyone.. stay away if you want your funds to be safe .. call assistance in app no body picks up the call .. not sure why even the call assist button is present when no1 is going to pick up the call only

I’m not able to transfer funds to the broker account. After entering my bank details and all, the page isn’t moving further. I had to go to bank official site and then transfer the funds. Earlier it was good. Since a month, unable to transfer funds. Had uninstalled and reinstalled too, just to try over.
