No updates and upgrade levels. Waste of money and time.
Game didn’t provide any update from 3 years. Only two continentals can be open. Complete waste of money to remove adds. I can’t play this game from one year due to no updates.

Nice game - too much Ad
The game is beautifully designed, could play for hours. Very addictive.
Only draw back is lots of ad, which makes it unplayable.
Like other IDLE games you can ad upgrades and ask if they was upgrade then view the ad.
Also rather than displaying ad every minute, make it like 10 or 15 mins.

Hello there! Our games have a minimal amount of ads that helps those games be free-to-play. If we decreased the number of ads, then we would have to either remove the games from stores or to set a price for downloading them.
Worst customer experience
The customer experience is very bad, every new add pop-up for every 45 seconds and it’s make us uncomfortable to play the game. If this still continues. I’m sure everyone will uninstall your game and shift to some other game. Try to improve your customer satisfaction think for long-term, don’t use Shortcuts. Eventually, it will damage your brand and your team spirit in Shortcuts.
