I have been using Statiq charger for about 3 months and so far experience was good. It has automatic charging feature which is of great convenience and just need to plug the car and go. Also I contacted customer care about Statiq miles and they were very helpful in getting discounts. I use app on iOS and it works good. One minor issue observed with charging time today since it was showing 9 hours for full charge whereas my car took little more than one hour to top up from 15% to 100%. This was working before and expecting this to be fixed with an upcoming update.
The Worst EV Charging Experience Around

Easily one of the most frustrating EV charging experiences I’ve had — and that’s saying something. This company loves to market itself as “premium,” but the reality is closer to a bad joke. Their stations, even in supposedly prime locations, look abandoned: broken chargers, zero maintenance, trash around, and absolutely no sense of responsibility.The app is just as pathetic — slow, buggy, and designed so poorly that it feels like they don’t even use their own product. Add to that the constant errors, failed payments, and random glitches, and it starts giving off classic scammer vibes. They take your money, offer nothing close to reliable service, and vanish when you need support.For an EV user, this company is not a solution — it’s a problem you pay for. Strongly recommend staying away until they stop cutting corners and start behaving like a real service provider instead of a half-baked operation running on big promises and zero delivery.

Been about 5 months that I’ve been using Statiq’s application and I have to say, it’s been working flawlessly for me. Have had 3/4 other applications for charging my vehicle, finding chargers often getting misguided or stumbling upon inaccurate information. This app is the best ev charging app ever. I have been using it since this was just another charging app with very few charging stations, but they have come a long way, we badly needed a unified app for multiple chargers. I still have a couple of apps on my phone but pretty soon people will start uninstalling other apps and only rely on stations listed on statiq. Thanks team, keep up the good work.
