These Guys Have Worst Service in the World
They take months to activate account in India. Interesting part is when we contact the customer care they give same pre-made answers every time. I feel sometimes are these support guys qualifies at all to answer questions. They never tell you how long it will tell you to activate the account. These guys at least should understand that companies might stuck in running their business operations. If they clearly specify the actual reason of the delay we can think for alternate options. WORST COMPANY.
No accountability!
Please dont use stripe, We are suffering huge losses each day due to lethargy of stripe employees, they are not accountable and do not care if any business fails because of them. Customer support says a scripted reply that we will get back to you all the time. paypal is way better. Stripe is also not giving our money back that we have with them. I have mailed them , contacted them many times and they dont seem to care.
