I use to play this game when I was a kid and everyting was just same. I mean its just not enough to change the scenery and coulours of the trains and track. Even Nokia went out of the market when they didn’t upgrade with time. I am playing this game after many years and everything is same like not even a single new power is there. For example- just give us an option to shift to four or five rows for playing. The same game from so many years. Every game upgrades like supercell games are doing so good and upgrading very fast with changing tatses of people. And please no ads. My reason for playing branded games is that there is no ad after every 5 minutes. Thankyou.

I was playing since 2020 my current account but due to unfortunate event i lost my account and even after providing all the details of my account the support didn’t do anything infact they made me almost wait one month for their reply and all , The reply was you can’t get your account instead we give you a new account with a 30x multplier nothing else , My 4 years a comedy for you ??? I invested a lot of time and effort just to lose all of that in on click (i uninstalled apps for phone space issues - unfortunately at that time my Facebook was disconnected from the game [which I didn’t knew])The support staff was named Montana who came to reply me on per week basis i dont know why it took a month to get to a solution that i mentioned above . Bad experience from Support team , Game doesn’t have proper account Save and info ,similar to other game if you uninstalled your game while disconnected your fb that’s it bye bye to your account . I wish i could legally sue you , But I don’t know on what ground .

Great Graphics and animations and the new underwater season in awesome, from now on if the police and the dog got more skin changes and the maps were this good I would increase my rating, but the main issue is way too many ads, you have to watch ads to continue if you are caught (reasonable) you have to watch ads to increase awards (also reasonable) then there are ads too claim rewards that you have played for (a bit unfair) and more ads to claim rewards which were earned when there was no internet (extremely unfair as the main reason this game is popular is because of the way you can use it without internet) and then there are more ads to promote new games like the Subway Surfers Candy Crush ripoff and you can buy keys, coins, boards and characters which just shows that little effort is being put into making the game better and more effort into finding more ways to make money
