I am very much glad to be Sony Customer, Sony app is excellent as it gives the most recent news and update timely when available in my region. Hoping to get the same excellent service in the future.

Thanks for this support app as any consumer product brand would have success when there is a robust after sales support.
Keep strengthening the after sales support which would develop more loyal consumer base...
Unable to use the chat option
Unable to continue to chat even after providing all mandatory fields. Also your toll free number options do not work. After selecting the language option nothing happens. Did not expect this from Sony.
