It’s an excellent innovation from Suzuki. So convenient, so user friendly and finally so helpful. You can forget to lock your car, forget to switch off the headlamps but suzuki connect won’t let it be unattended. You can complete it through the app. Its rating after each drive will help you make a sensible person while driving your suzuki car by mentioning your shortcomings. Nice app. Thanks a lot Maruti-Suzuki.

I have been utilizing Suzuki Connect for the past six years, having embraced this telematics solution shortly after its launch by Maruti. Regrettably, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The app's performance is notably inconsistent; there are instances when it functions well, yet frequently it fails to provide the expected updates. For example, it does not register the commencement or conclusion of trips, even while the vehicle is in operation.

Moreover, there have been extended periods—sometimes lasting days or even weeks—when the app has been entirely non-functional. When I reach out to Suzuki Connect customer service, the responses tend to be formulaic and often unhelpful, typically advising me to drive a few kilometers or to uninstall and reinstall the app to initiate updates.

I find myself regretting my investment in Suzuki Connect, as I have spent considerable time attempting to resolve these persistent issues. I kindly urge the developers of Suzuki Connect to address these concerns with a comprehensive and permanent solution to enhance the app’s reliability. Alternatively, I suggest considering a buyback option for customers who have invested in this product, as it is disheartening to feel that our hard-earned money has not yielded the value we anticipated.

From past 4 days app got updated but in trip it is showing as ongoing trip though I was not traveling… while taking the suzukiconnect salesman said that we can operate A/C and lock the car via app but Iam not getting any option for my car..additionally remote is not available.. we cannot use remote options to control. I feel that it’s useless to take Suzukiconnect.. If the above issues are fixed then we can consider or else we can just check Fuel status mileage Live Tracking (not that perfect- after several hours app will update the status- now it’s not at all working for me) Driving behavior: which we can know by seeing the car dashboard screen for all Maruthi cars.. there is no need for the app I feel it’s waste of money to buy this product instead you can purchase additional accessory..
