Auto BLE disconnect and non functional Navigation if screen off on mobile

Hi Suzuki,

I really doubt weather SUZUKI testing team have done atleast basic testing along with V-strom sx during integration. Suzuki engineering team should be ashamed to deliver such a product with V-STROM SX which is new to market. Which will seriously affect the market share due to this bad performance.

We as the owner , request you to provide the fix at the earliest .

Issues.
1) BLE will disconnect every time I pair so I am not able to use any feature provided in app.
2) Navigation is not working when mobile screen is off. If I have to keep my phone screen on …why do I need to use your Connectivity app provided by you.

I feel , what ever I paid to the connectivity is not worth is this issues are fixed at the earliest.

Fraud app by Suzuki to cheat customers

It’s been a year and I updated my app several times and yet it won’t pair up my Avenis with my iPhone 13 mini. It connects and disconnects in 5 seconds. I bought the vehicle to use navigation. Now they tell it won’t support ios. This is a Cheap tactic to sell your scooters. It shows App developers working with Suzuki are worthless unpassionate bunch of idiots spoiling the company’s name. And salesperson from Natwest Suzuki Chennai promised me that it will pair up flawlessly with my iPhone before buying. All are trained to lie to the customer. After sales, they avoid answering and pretend they are busy and promise they will rectify and forget our existence in a few minutes. We customers become the ultimate losers. Everytime I look at my Avenis I feel cheated, depressed, irritated. I hope this message reaches the top management of Suzuki.

Allow Background Access * Settings * Suzuki Ride Connect * Background App Refresh= ON if off. 3. Allow Mobile Data usage * Settings * Suzuki Ride Connect * Mobile Data= ON if off. 3. Allow notifications for Calls, SMS and Whatsapp alerts. 4. Allow Bluetooth Scanning permission in Suzuki Ride Connect. iOS BT Connectivity issue

It’s been more than years since you sold your access 125 BT, and you came but with the excuse that our console is not iOS compatible, if you have to do this only you doesn’t need to sell your vehicle saying it will support iOS letter or it’s iOS compatible vehicles, he shouldn’t have buy it only, you should have come with the solution like iOS app or digital console replacement for iOS user!! It’s not that big deal for the company like yours to took years for this !!
We need solution please update it as soon as possible, do your R&D to serve better you don’t need to wait for customers reviews and waste time behind this excuse!!
You knows better about your device and can fix it too.
