Good but it takes too much space
Clearing cache doesnt clear all the cached telegram files. As such im forced to delete the app and reinstall

This is a known Telegram issue. Try iOS Settings > Swiftgram > Reset Metadata or Reset All.
‘Translate All Messages’ doesn’t work~
Despite having the toggle enabled (which should be active by default), the feature is no where to be seen other than having a translator button for ‘each’ message that’s needs to be translated.
It would be highly preferred that Telegram’s default behaviour isn’t really altered but only the premium features being unlocked like the “Translate All Messages” or those from Ayugram.

Translate All Messages works perfectly. You’re confusing two different features.
To translate all messages in a chat automatically go to
Swiftgram > Translate Entire Chats > Translate Entire Chats Toggle ON, this will enable a panel on the top of each chat where you can manage translation state.
This panel is not enabled by default in Telegram, the same behavior is seen in Swiftgram.
What you’re describing is a Quick Translate Button that allows you to quickly translate individual messages with a round button next to them. It’s enabled by a different toggle in Swiftgram > Quick Translate Button - the very next option to Translate Entire Chats. And it’s also disabled by default.
I’m surprised with this one-star review. Please, double check what settings you’ve enabled and change your review, thanks.
