I immediately downloaded the app, only to find out it isn’t operating in Jaipur yet. Ive had to settle price-wise or quality wise with normal restaurants when going for price range food. Then had come along zepto cafe which was subpar, or bistro which was okay for the price and then it was snacc much better than the last two - chalked it up to its okay, makes sense its cheap food delivery. But swish has changed the way food tastes after expecting ordering online - i mean i cant get enough the quality of everything- amazing. I dont want this to change - this is banglore and I’ve not had better north Indian food sometimes even in north india ! Great job guys please maintain this 🤌

I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with your service and your misleading 10-minute delivery claim. I have placed around 15 orders, and not even once has this promise been met. Every order has taken over 20 minutes, which clearly contradicts what you advertise.What is even more unacceptable is the repeated, templated response from your customer support team citing a “sudden spike in orders.” This excuse might be understandable once or twice, but using it for every single order reflects a serious failure in your planning, capacity, and operational execution.Continuing to promote a 10-minute delivery guarantee under these circumstances is misleading and amounts to false advertising. This creates false expectations and damages customer trust.If you are unable to consistently meet your promised delivery timelines, you must immediately stop advertising it and update your banners to reflect realistic delivery expectations. Persisting with such claims is highly unprofessional and unfair to customers.If this issue is not addressed promptly and transparently, I will be forced to escalate this matter through consumer forums and social media platforms to highlight this misleading practice.I expect a concrete resolution rather than another generic response.

I’m genuinely disappointed with the experience this app provides. Despite multiple attempts, I’ve been unable to reach customer support or initiate a chat for assistance. The app repeatedly promotes a “₹20 discount on every product,” yet it restricts me from using the ₹500 I’ve rightfully earned through rewards and referrals.This practice appears misleading and raises serious concerns about transparency and consumer trust. Offering referral bonuses but preventing their actual use is not just unethical ,it undermines the credibility of the entire platform. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches the appropriate authorities within the company so that immediate corrective measures can be taken. Until then, I will refrain from recommending this app and instead encourage others to use platforms that uphold honest and fair practices.

So I have ordered my food around 11-30 and as per the app I was showing 15 min delivery but still have waited around 20-25 min but when I saw no partner assigned then I reach to help they also gavee false information like different delivery person number who have no idea about order and when again I reached they have me again different person number who is again giving me fasle information like coming in 3 mins but now right 12-20 am and still showing 3 mins and when I call the person he is saying coming in 1 min but still no response fake app worst Ever experienced I have ever seen or faced ... order food at 11-30 and now 12-30 still no proper response from the help centre person name nanjappa and delivery boy seriously worst app please don't use

I made my first order and then waited for like 30 minutes and it just kept saying assigning you. Delivery partner assigned delivery delivery partner when there delivery partner in real life because after 10 minutes of showing four minutes and delivered and then showing arrived, there was nobody downstairs and then they just cancelled out of nowhere, and then the refund was also not processed the customer an AI, which kept taking like five minutes to answer so after 30 minutes of waiting for my food, it got cancelled. I didn’t get my refund. I didn’t have any money. I lost the first order discount also, so like this app is very pathetic. Absolutely did not like it. Specially the customer care, it’s it’s just an AI.
