TABATACH Timer is an easy to use app for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

It helps you to do Tabata, Crossfit, Kettlebell, Running, Yoga, Cycling or any interval fitness training.
Define your workout intervals (work, rest, cycles ) and create unique, personalized workouts.

TABATACH is loaded with different types of Whistle Sounds that help identify what part of a workout you are in, interval beeps for example tell you when a new interval has started. It will help you focus on your workout and forget about the time.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

Just what I needed- a Great, Simple app for my workouts!

After wasting a lot of time installing and trying out countless of other, more reviewed apps, I found this app. I find it very attractive, simple to use and customize. I just love the feature of a voice guiding through my routine!
NOTE TO THE DEVELOPERS: I found that 'WORKOUT' is spelt as 'WOKROUT' in the menu for Workout DJ. Please do rectify that in your next update. Also, Workout DJ doesn't seem to work on iPhone 4s, so maybe you want to take a look at that as well.

Great application, complete set repetition option missing

The application is amazing for workout freaks, but option to repeats the complete workout set is missing. Please groom it with this option. Also, add some of workout motivation songs or rhythms to boost the person in action 🙂

Simple, elegant & Useful.

Perfect app, do what it supposed to do.

Feature Requests:
1. To set the rest time for zero.
2. Folders, for adding some workouts of a program in one place-Like day 1,2,3.. in a single place to organise.
3. Feature to add rounds as we add exercise in a workout, so don’t have to rewrite the exercises again. (With cycles option as in exercise)
4. To write Information about any exercise, like by clicking on exercise we can get to know something we write about it.

Bug:
1. Feedback button is not working.
