I tried all possible ways to get the music in the game, but invain, my kid is upset that she can’t listen to the background sound. How to fix this issue ?

Disappointing
I installed this app 2 years ago and it was working fine, I collected the whole collection of skins and played the game. Until today, the screen was not loading and it was only showing a black screen. I was scared to uninstall the app and reinstall it, as I would lose all my progress. It is still on my iPad not working. Is there a way to uninstall the app and still save your progress. It has been worrying me all day! Thank you!
