While overall product concept is very good & also work Great. It will great if following points are considered:
• Only Monitoring Option: This option will surely help people who only monitor water level. Polling / Refresh option (in Minute) can be added, so one can define how we want to check. These options needed as several time, existing polling refresh doesn’t work properly.
* Polling option for Day Duration
* Polling option for Night Duration
* Polling option when Pump is ON

• Notification: Please allow option to set Multiple Notification for specific conditions:
* Water Level Below: XX%
* Water Level Above: XX%
* Water Level Increase XX% in XX Min

I am using tankbolt from Oakter from last 6 months. The product works as described and I feel it is the simplistic solution for the problem that many face.

Quality of the software, smart switch and the wire provided is very good.

Compliment to their product is their service. Anytime you ask something, there is quick response and the team is behind you to solve your issue.

If anyone is in deliman if they should go for this product, I would say go for it without giving a second thought.

One point of improvement:
Is it possible provide a push button switch on smart switch. This is very useful to turn ON motor if the smart switch is not connected to home network.

Using local wifi of tankbolt and switching ON tankbolt may be a difficult task for elders.

I am using this from last 10 month and found that the customer care is so cooperative and efficient to handle the problems quickly. I got connected to Mr. Saurabh who had resolved the issue quickly. Would recommend everyone to use this product.
