Taskheat brings a sense of flow to your to-do lists. Break down your projects into small tasks and define their dependencies. You can progress toward your goals by focusing on the steps under your control in a resulting flowchart.
It's a powerful and handy task management app to burn through your tangles of to-dos and projects.
Use Taskheat to:
• Track the relations between your to-dos.
Think of your to-dos as a link in a chain. It's a building block that forms a flow of small or achievable duties.
Each task can have multiple dependencies or can enable or block others.
• Get things done when you're there.
The list of your actual tasks may update depending on your location. Suppose you can perform a specific task in a particular place. In that case, it will appear in your actual list only if you are in that spot.
• Track tasks delegated to third parties.
Suppose there's a responsibility currently out of your control or in the hands of another person. In that case, Taskheat will not include those duties in the list of actual tasks.
• Assign due dates and receive notifications.
Taskheat will notify you when any of your tasks are due soon, so you'll never forget to get things done on time.
• Manage regular duties.
There are many examples of repeating tasks that you need to perform regularly. Define the recurrence rule to reflect that in your agenda.
• Color code and tag your tasks.
Assign meaningful colors to make it easier to scan your workflow for a specific group of duties visually or filter them by tags.
• Print your flowcharts or lists.
Taskheat makes it easy to print your task flow with style. You can also generate PDF files for sharing.
• See your actual tasks in a handy widget.
The minimalistic widget allows you to see your plan at a glance without opening the app.
• Stay productive wherever you go.
Taskheat uses iCloud to synchronize your projects between your Mac, iPhone, or iPad. You can pick up the latest version of your task flow on any device.
You can download and try Taskheat for free for two weeks. After that, you can either purchase a full version or access your data in a read-only mode. It is a single purchase for all devices and NOT a subscription.

Beautiful and fully functional, yet simple
1. Beautiful app UI, feels very intuitive.
2. Smart lists and tagging system.
3. Flowchart looks beautiful and it auto arranges as it gets built up or as we change/adjust the view.
Now the Drawbacks:
1. There is no option to undo the changes. e.g. if I edit the tasks, there is no way I can undo the edit.
The placement of flowcharts on the canvas cannot be edited or changed.
2. There should be option to move the flowcharts created horizontally so that I can create a vertical scroll down view of all the flowcharts in that project.
3. I cannot unlink the task already placed in the flowchart and place it separately; I’ve to make a duplicate and then use it.
4. There should be an option to view due dates on the cards.
Because of these reasons, I think this app is still half baked so paying its full value does not feel justified. But, I'm keeping the app to just see it improve and one day purchase it and add it to my workflow.

We are happy to inform you that starting from version 1.6, you can undo and redo any changes. It also means that the app will not annoy you with many confirmation alerts.
As for the task unlinking, you can delete the link and create a new one between any existing tasks. Please contact our support at support@eyen.fr if you have any questions. We'll be glad to assist you.

Good idea, needs more work
For the first time I like a to-do app. The idea of using flowcharts is great. Should be made more robust in this direction, with more granular detail as optional for individual tasks.
Great concept but buggy and unpolished
I really like this concept of flowcharting tasks. I want to get this one. And the pricing is very modest which I respect. But the UX is very poor. Weird glitches everywhere, r andom grey screen errors on the main project window, the app starts to lag when zoomed out on a project with around 15 to 20 tasks. All of this is totally unacceptable when free apps do a much better job at this. It even crashed on me thrice in my 30 mins of using it. Please improve the user experience as it’s a native iPad app which drastically increases the users expectations.
