Never works in first attempt

The Tata Fast Charging never works in first attempt through this App. It always take at least two attempts to be able to get the Fast Charger working. Also initial communication between App and Charger is slow hence you waste around 5 minutes in each attempt to start the charging. Also the charging process is not intuitive and required some guidance from other users while using this app for first time.

Very less number of charging stations available for Tata

Sir, please provide sufficient charging stations for the convenience of Tata Ev owners. Or you can provide link system to other charging companies so that we can charge with your valet at any stations available at anywhere. Similarly, you have to give opportunity to charge vehicles from your station to others also. A bilateral policy has to be agreed with all charging companies. Those who are interested so you can avoid installing more charging stations by Tata it self till you become sufficiently having the
System. Now the availability of charging station by Tata is very poor and you have to improve.

Poor service

I am owner of Tata Nexon. Vehicle is ok but never gives claimed mileage. It is giving me 40% of claimed mileage. The Tata Power EZ charge is the worst app. The servers are poor. It takes hours to login and charge. Yesterday I wasted 2 hours at the charger and couldn’t start charging because of the poor app. Today morning again I wasted 2 hours at the charger. I couldn’t charge because of this poor app. I am writing to government to end monopoly of Tata and allow good Chinese and American companies to start operations in India. It is high time to end monopoly of Indian companies like Tata, Reliance and Adani. We deserve good services in the country.
