With other utility companies like Adani having a really well designed app, this app by Tata Power is really pathetic! First, I could not locate where to change the password once I login. Second, when I try to get an account statement it gives me an SAP error 401 unauthorised and just gives no option to go back. I have to kill the app and restart it! Thirdly, for uploading meter reading, it requires me to convert the image to .jpg. On an iPhone this is very unfriendly as it doesn’t even recognise .jpeg. It time and again gives me and error that it cannot recognise .jpeg and I should convert it to .jpg. I have been through so many generations of Tata power app. But each version has had its basic issues. I wonder when people at Tata Power will learn!?
Worst app ever !!!
Tata power app earlier even though was not one of the best apps, but atleast it showed few important details correctly at a glance.
Now this new app is worst and extremely slow, sluggish, with no important information at my finger tips.
I am more critical about this app, as Tata itself has its own IT company which is one of the leading and largest IT companies in it’s category.
Good apps can be developed, much, much better than this childish app. Take tips from Airtel, Vodafone, and other services provider apps, they are so smooth and provides so much critical and vital information at your finger tips, unlike this Tata Power App.
Please provide a better app.

Shoul be scored ZERO
From a perfectly simple and effective previous app this so called new app is completely waste of time n space on the phone. Does no work even after months of struggle to login, payments, ease of use, nothing seems to be working for this so-called new app.
Pls get us back the previous one at least it did it’s job of reminder notifications, payments, speed. Sincere request to pls help us out of this frustrating situation and experience every time we are forced to return to this app.
