Tata Sky is now Tata Play 4+

Pathetic frustrating deceiving!

I have two Tata sky subscriptions. A month ago I recharged via gpay and the Rc failed . The customer executive told me to Rc via Tata play app only as it never fails . Next this month I did via Tata play and again it failed ! And now the customer executive tells me pls Rc via Paytm app or gpay as that’s better ! This is pathetic
I mean look at them how they respond like we are a fool ! And then upon asking when I will get the money back they said 7 days since I had recharged on 17th march I am still waiting but the customer executive told me they will give free credits till I get the money back but suddenly today the account got deactivated and my money is still not back in my account so this is frustrating!
Next when I got in touch with the customer care executive and explained my situation she told me she will give me credits for 3 days extra till my money is back and when I disconnected the call I didn’t get the credit and this is called deceiving! So it’s better to go for Airtel instead of this ! I am gonna dump both the Tata sky dabba in garbage and go for Airtel !

pathetic service

I think they should not get into such internet service. Their payment gateway doesnt work properly. My money got deducted but was not reflected on account and when i enquired, they said it will get refunded in 7 days.. kaunse duniya main hai yeh log jo, abhi bhi 7 din lete hai. Still after this i recharged again with 1000 bucks because my internet is not working then i was waiting so that my internet will work but it didnt then i came to know that you need to talk to customer care to activate it so i did then they said it will get activate in 4 hour!! why does it take 4 hour? do they come to my home to put the internet switch ?? and most frustrating thing happened later when my account didnt activated in whole day!
I called again to customer care, he said your plan is still not active, some problem happened and gave me same 4 hr story. I got so frustated that i didnt want tatasky broadband, I asked for refund then they said thw amount will be available in wallet only and wont be processed back to my bank account. I really made a huge mistake chosing tata sky. I wont recommend it to anyone. Please don’t opt for their service.

Cheaters at best

I have purchased for few channels and star sports 1 is already purchased so i was able to watch cricket matches on app not directly from tata play but from disney hotstar so i was okay with it. Now they have come up with tata play binge and thats where the cheating begins. I understand that start sports is a channel under the umbrella of disney hotstar and when i tried playing star sports now on tata play it is redirecting me to tata play binge and there i was served with 2 great options. First one was to subscribe to more stupid packages that they have 2 was to play star sports on disney hotstar and when i tried playing it on disney hotstar but to my disappointment i was not allowed to play as i didn’t had disney hotstar premium membership.

Effectively they have snatched something that was already there. This sort of cheap acts will land ypu nowhere but push customers to switch to platforms like airtel.

Thank you so much for treating your customer so nicely. I hope one day you’ll have more employees than customers and then you’ll realise what was wrong in your policy.
