Extremely Poor Service
I have placed orders through this platform around 5 times and each tune the delivery was late by over 3 hours and after chasing up with the call Centre.
For my latest order, I did not get my delivery and I was told by the call Centre that the driver had tried to call me and that I did not answer the call. This was such a blatant lie. I never received any call.
The online platform is good but they need to fix the timeliness of delivery and their logistics system....bad experience too many times.
Bad experience
I order one washing machine, payment also done then it shows out of stock. What kind of service is this . If ur product is out of stock then why are putting in stock in ur site and making customers payment . Why should customers tolerate such mistakes. It is mistake from your side not from customer side. Be more professional. Expecting a better service from ur side in future.
