Description
Tawakkalna Emergency app is the official app in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for managing emergency cases and community protection. It has played a significant role in containing the spread of COVID-19 and was developed by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
At the beginning of Tawakkalna launch, it aimed to contribute to the management of relief efforts by electronically granting permits during the “Curfew Period” for both government & private-sector workers as well as individuals. This in turn helped in limiting the spread of Covid-19 virus in the Kingdom.
During the “Return with Caution” period, Tawakkalna App launched several important new services that contribute to achieving a safe return, most notably clarifying the health status of its users through colored codes with the highest levels of security and privacy.

Status showing as “Medically uninsured visitor”
I had a valid insurance before travelling to Saudi itself. I have contacted CCHI and tawakallna support. None of these two teams were unable to fix my problem. From past 1 week on wards I was chasing both CCHI and Tawakallna but there is no use. I have registered a complaint with CCHI, they were telling they have updated the details from their end and I have check with tawakallna. Tawakallna was saying it is problem with CCHI. Getting frustrating of this Application. I was not able to go out and purchase anything because of this. Kindly I request tawakallna to update my status as IMMUNE.
Tawakkalna application crashes when trying to open
My tawakkalna application was running successfully, but recently i got an update to version 3.4.2 and i updated. After that updation, the application can't able to open, it just crashes when trying to open the application.
Please fix this so that i can enter in shops and other important places,
