All drivers discriminate and talk rudely don’t ride and use bolt
First time when I used bolt it was with Volkswagen driver car number would be AE65OFY driver WAS DISCRIMINATING ME AS I WAS NOT A LOCAL and instead of driving car he was giving me a lecture on bringing all the luggage and I even paid extra for the wait time even though I still had to go through the embarrassment the whole ride the driver was going on and on about bringing my luggage on time and since then I thought let’s give bolt another chance today I booked a cab which was Toyota sienna he said we will not be able to fit the luggage for which I said I will book another cab if needed even then he went on and on about it and giving us lecture and discriminating as the drivers think they will go away with it, I want to put it out to and in the world that this is the kind of behaviour which is not acceptable and I booked a same cab from Uber through which we got the same car and we loaded our bags and reached the destination with ease was that too much to ask for. NOT ONLY THAT YOUR SIENNA DRIVER CAME ABUSED ME AND LEFT AWAY CANCELLING THE TRIP IN FRONT OF US AND SHOWING THE FINGER AS WELL.
App is garbage and so are the drivers. Uninstalling
The car never arrived and it showed on the map the car is 60 kilometres away and out of no where it said the car is arrived and the trip also started I tried calling the driver and he switched off his phone. I got debited the amount from Apple Pay. I had to take the more reliable Yandex taxi and until I reached home the trip was still on for more than an hour. The same problem has happened to my friends and earlier.
I had other issues where the app was inaccurate and the driver was rude as if it were my fault and so I complained to support and they were rude too. To cover up all of this rubbish they give a 100 rouble coupon. I guess I have been patient with these guys too many times but they’re totally rubbish. Uninstalling the app. I do not recommend this app, stay away!
