This app was designed specifically to help people manage stress and anxiety, and has helped control group significantly lower their stress levels. Our program will guide you in fifteen minutes per day of slow breathing practices along with fascinating information about the proven, scientific effects that slow breathing has on diabetes. The program was created by Nick Heath, Ph.D., type-1 diabetes, and Eddie Stern, MSc, a yoga and breathing instructor with over 30 years of experience.
