What’s New
Version 10.0
Fixed minor UI issues added new functionality that is AR.
* Follow the steps to locate the Augmented reality feature(which is using true depth api) as follows -
1. Launch the app
2. Click the top-left hamburger menu
3. Click on Virtual Run and login.
4. Once the race is completed, at the finish screen the AR Medal Feature is enabled.
Ratings and Reviews
Clumsy app, no warning messages, locks after 1 use
The app does not install with the warning that if you use it once it cannot be used again. The warning comes in a separate e-mail but it is easy to miss. Funnily, it has a Data Reset button designed like a Power-on icon, which offers to reset your recorded data, but nowhere are you warned that it is functional so long as you have not ended the session. I mean, ????
A similar app for Airtel Delhi HM 2020, which was held just 1 month back by the same organiser, Procam, offers trial run options. Why did they need to change the functionality for TCS 10 K app?
Virtual run is pathetic
Neither it tracks run properly nor it provides proper update.
I ran 5 km outside in full 4G zone and realized it stopped updating after 2km. Waste of time and money.
The easiest thing they should have done rather than tracking themselves integrate with other popular fitness app.
Moreover proclaim does not have any proper customer care they do not answer to call or reply email.
Complicated App & big dissapointment
App was not user friendly . It was not easy to operate. I had to keep checking if distance was showing .After a fast start & running for 1kms i realised distance is not getting recorded... had to restart my app & run 😏 ADHM app was much better & user friendly.
