voice are not coming clearly

Support staff is not supportive

I am talking them from last 2 days for some reason I changed my account in other there i got this number is used so many time and than after some time late i got my account back in other phone but my money didn’t came back in account it was just 3$ support staff is saying we will send you call receive that call and you will get money but i am not getting any because my account is with Indian sim card and i am recently in Tajikistan in this lockdown time i need to call family but ....... you guys not doing right

Please write your previous Indian phone number and a phone number you registered in Tajikistan to support@telz.com. We will move money to the new account by hand after checking your data.

Literally a Scam

This app is a complete scam. I tried making international calls several times, but each time I got connected to an automated response instead of the person I was calling, and my balance got deducted. This app is untrustworthy. Do not buy anything from it. The support team is terrible; they are neither helpful nor willing to issue a refund.
