Description

THAP, also known as The Happiness Project , is a mental wellness app that enables you to deal with stress, anxiety, depression and a wide array of mental health ailments by equipping you with mental wellbeing tools so you can design your unique wellbeing journey.

Vetted by qualified clinical psychologists and licensed psychiatrists, THAP is designed to help you understand and address your unique mental wellbeing needs.

THAP helps you slow down, take a step back and fully acknowledge the way you feel. THAP helps you manage uncomfortable emotions and feelings and helps you understand why you feel the way you do and offers possible solutions to feel better or to experience the emotion in a more beneficial way. THAP encourages you to always prioritise your mental wellbeing.

THAP uses specific interventions within our control as human beings to self-regulate through self-awareness. When practised regularly, these interventions override unhelpful brain conditions and rewire the brain to a happier and more fulfilling mindset by modifying the actual neural network of brain cells.

THAP employs therapy forms derived from CBT, DBT, REBT, affirmation therapy, reflective therapy & mindfulness.

THAP helps the user make bio behavioural changes to embrace mental wellness through a well-balanced and managed mind.

THAP is suitable for any adult who is in the pursuit of happiness and wishes to embark on a unique self discovery & self-care journey with the goal to prioritise their mental wellbeing.

Jee.1 ,

A whole new dimension

This app provides a scientific approach in dealing with the mind. It’s only after I went through the app, I realised it has such nuances covered which in turn gives us a complete answer to a problem we are dealing with! Nothing like being completely aware and knowing how to deal with it ! It caters to both. Simply user friendly and super beneficial.
