TheBackpackerList helps Employers to find a suitable worker for their job & Backpacker/ students to find a job as per their availablity.
TheBackpackerList App is a platform where Employers/Backpackers/Students register themselves in order to get provide & get jobs.
Employers register their company in the application and can search for backpackers/students based on their search criteria i.e. Location & job category like carpenter, Electrician, Nurse etc. There are efficient search filters present where they can view the specific data like how many backpackers/students are available in a particular location for a particular category of work . After reviewing a backpacker profile, Employer can enquire about that backpacker & can further communicate about the job work.
In the very same way , Backpackers/Students registers by filling their account details and can create various Join lists as preferred search criteria on the basis of which Employer see their profile in their account . Backpacker/Student can also choose whether they want their skills to be searched by the employer as a result or not .
