Body shop Edelweiss concentrate
Hi i am Priyanka Dey. I am using body shop products last 6 years. It’s amazing and very effective products. Specially Edelweiss concentrate. When I started using this product my skin looked like so even, glowing,and healthy. I love this product 🩷🧡💛💚. And specially I’ve been fan of the body shop when they started recycling policies……. Overall I am very much satisfied with this brand …………..🥰🥰🥰🥰
Worst IT support and hidden terms in membership
There seems to be only 1 chat executive as for 2 days it was the same executive with whom I was dealing with.
They have hidden terms in membership which they will tell you after you are done paying them.
The need more than 24 hours to issue coupons and then also none of the coupons they supplied works. Finally they blindly relate this to backend team issue and ask you to wait.
Their products might be good but the online experience is pathetic & painful. Just putting an app on App Store doesn’t make them a great company. Improve the customer experience, have a better operation management and then come to App Store.
My opinion is this app should be delisted from App Store due to quality issues.

Been using body shop from last 2 years. I love this brand and their concerned about the environment… love how they’re supporting communities in their livelihood. I love their edelweiss range. I have super sensitive and combination skin… but your edelweiss range like how your staff suggested was on point. Love it. The moisture of my skin holds upto 6hrs also. Love it. I love bodyshop. And this brand will stay with me forever.
