Transferring an existing subscription to a new phone
I dropped and damaged my Samsung note 4.Now when I tried to get my existing subscription on this phone I am being prompted to buy a new subscription!
No offline reading facility
They are not providing offline reading facility, even after repeated request. In addition they have not updated the app for 4 years (last version 2.3). I will discontinue the magazine, once the current subscription period is over.
So much more room for improvement.
The app as such works just fine.
But certain features like control over font size, and type and dark mode is pretty much necessary.
Also the margins of the app are narrow.
Please take a look at the economist, foreign policy app to provide UI/UX experience deserving of the content.
