Our exhibitors come from all corners of the globe, with over 70 international destinations represented, and a diverse exhibitor base, including hotels, destinations, destination management companies, conference centres, venues, and technology suppliers. Our 2022 line-up included hundreds of exhibitors, such as Destination Toronto, Melbourne Convention Bureau, and Hilton, to name just a few.

But that's just the beginning. At The Meetings Show, we believe in inspiring our attendees. That's why we offer a comprehensive education programme designed for all levels of the industry. Our sessions cover everything from the latest innovations and trends to event marketing and research, meetings design, event technology, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and more. Our 2022 show was a resounding success, with 49 sessions, over 85 speakers, and 22 hours of content.
