I have been training 23 years now. I have worked with the best fitness trainers and nutrition experts over these years for my career needs and post pregnancy. I admit I have seen fantastic short term results with them in face-to-face interactions. But it ends there and the weight bounces back and there is no expert thereafter to go to for support on how to lose or maintain weight further. I highly recommend this app for anyone seriously looking for long term gains and emotional wellness along with fitness. It will make you question your vision and help you work around challenges!
