The Trauma App 17+

This release has a couple main features and some minor fixes and performance improvements.
Features:
- New drag and drop interface for managing the Trauma Team
- Easy to use drag and drop interface for recording attending clinicians
- Extended options for viewing and editing data linked to clinicians
- The confusing differences between Users and Members has been removed. There are now only Trauma App users who are managed through the dashboard and available to add to cases in the app.
- Team List page in the in-App report and PDF
- On Demand Drugs
- Nitrous Oxide - has a method of As Required and Doses of ‘On Demand 70:30’ or ‘On Demand 50:50’
- Penthrox - has a method of As Required and a dose of ‘On Demand 3mL”
- Penthrox is now available for Paeds cases
Fixes and Minor Additions:
- Added a backspace (delete button) to the number keypad
- Age in Days now available for Paeds cases where the patient is under one month old
- Time and Date inputs now have a header which makes it clear what value will be saved
- Penthrox added as an Analgesia shortcut option on Standby and Handover
- Fentanyl added as a shortcut option on the RSI form
- Speciality Doctor added as a standard option on Performed By selection
- Swipe to navigate added inside a case
- Performance improvements to speed up app load time and ensure it handles a heavy data load
