Ratings and Reviews
From the Rusty Lake Universe
Ok, so the only reason I bought this game is because it’s from the makers of Rusty Lake. Gameplay is engaging and interactive in a split screen style, but it’s also a bit boring after a while. You simply follow instructions. The puzzles are also rather easy compared to the Rusty Lake/Cube games. However, story-wise it offers an added layer to the history behind corrupted souls and Laura (Which you can also get from a YouTube gameplay :p)
There is no secret level either (although there is a bonus level with an alternative ending). There is a mission to find all the achievements, but I don’t think it’s a game I want to play again.
The Puzzling Door
The game makes use of the touch controls to perfection. Feels right at home on mobile. Intriguing plot. Some puzzles do get you scratching your head but there are walkthroughs to help out. Note that it’s a pretty short game. But there’s some replayability in the form of finding all the secret stars. Overall, a nice puzzle game which utilises the touch controls to great effect. Worth the purchase.
Amzing as always
Rusty lake yet again delivers a great puzzle game which is not only engaging but feels rewarding to play it till the end. Can’t wait for their next release.
