Please don’t ever book from petnest because they do not give a proper service And they do not have professional groomers. I have a shihtzu and after 3 days of haircut I noticed a wound between the eyes and nose area and they don’t even handle it with care. They don’t have proper gloves to wear and table to make your pet hung along with a table. They’re scared too. My tiny little baby would have suffered with pain now I realise that I Made a mistake booking with this organisation. They don’t even handle our dogs with care. 3 to 4 times they dropped my pet and don’t know how to carry a dog that too they don’t even know to a carry small dog how will they deal with a large dogs OMG! There are many groomers who love dogs n handle it with care n love towards dogs but you will not find any groomers like that in pet nest. Petnest don’t provide proper gloves and other information or proper kit to groomers as well as they don’t send professional or experienced groomers. Waste of money too!

I have been a loyal customer of PetNest for my two cats for quite some time. Initially, their grooming services were exceptional. The groomers were diligent, ensuring the cats were thoroughly cleaned and the area was spotless afterward. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing.The quality of grooming has significantly declined. The groomers sent recently do not bathe the cats properly, leaving them less clean than before. Additionally, they seem to be a bit harsh with the cats, not understanding that cats require a gentler touch compared to dogs. This lack of care and understanding is concerning and not what I expect from a professional grooming service.PetNest really needs to address these issues and train their staff to handle cats with the care and gentleness they deserve. I hope to see improvements soon, as I would love to continue using their services if they can return to their previous standards.
