Amazing content and meditation sessions

The meditation sessions are awesome. I spend at least 30 minutes every morning following the guided meditations, which help me be balanced throughout the day. A feedback on the app - Once a meditation session ends, the next one starts playing automatically, which is were distracting. This takes away the focus from experiencing the effects of the meditation session one is involved in. The same thing occurs in downloaded meditation sessions as well. If you have just one session downloaded it starts playing in a continuous loop, which is distracting. Can this be fixed please?

Best Meditation and healing app

Tried a few meditation apps on the App Store but couldn't resonate with any. My family friend recommended thinkright to me and I've been hooked ever since. My day doesn't start without spending atleast 30 mins on the app. This app has made me truly realize the power of meditation. The music feature helps me really get into the zone and let go of all the built up anxiety within me. I would definitely recommend it to one and all seeking mindfulness and bliss.

Improve your sleeping habits

My irregular sleeping habits due to work started causing a lot of stress and I used to be fatigued all the time. My wife recommended meditation to me & I stumbled upon this app. I was a bit hesitant to start at first but then I opened up to it and it really worked. The goal oriented meditation techniques have really helped me sleep better and have cured my apnea to a great extent. Anyone looking for a solution to health or wellbeing issues, I would suggest thinkright me without a doubt.
