Add ticket to apple wallet option
The app is very good and interface is flawless for booking of tickets one small suggestion in next update try to bring add ticket to apple wallet option like it’s available in bookmyshow app so that it would be easy to add the tickets instead of regular sms
Invalid Ticket
First time I used this app and definitely I will never use this in future. While I am trying to book tickets, my account got debited and it has shown the ticket comprising of seat numbers and I have taken the screen shot of it and went to the movie theatre.I was not allowed into the theatre bcoz it was an INVALID TICKET. They told me that I should CONFIRM the ticket once it was shown on the screen. I don’t understand the logic behind this. Once the transaction is completed and the amount is debited it should generate the ticket rather than asking for CONFIRMATION. Very Very disappointing.
Need to improve this app- efficiency
I’m sorry to say this. I have had poor experience while using this app. Not able to book tickets. It goes till the payment page and say “need to select tickets” even after selecting the seats.
Also not able to retrieve any data from the past. Everytime im using web portal to book tickets.
Please take some action to update the app by correcting the errors.
