Time Announcer Pro will announce the current time on the hour, on the half hour or on the quarter of an hour.
It optionally announces the weather in your city if location services are enabled.
In addition, a long tap will make the app to announce the date. A single tap will announce the time and the weather.

Worst app and waste of money

I tried all ways it do not announce time. Waste of my money. Nowadays companies are to only there to cheat and take money nothing works.
