New firmware update faulty

Cannot connect the watch at all, time sync not working nor is any other feature after the recent update.

Where is the connection?

The watch I bought is unable to pair with the app no matter how many times I’ve tried to do so!

The model of the watch is not showing in the list of watches to be synced.
