Collection is great but just wanted to write review on user interface of app. It’s really slow and crashes frequently. As compared to Lenskart find it really difficult to use. This needs an improvement.

I had ordered power spects from titan eye+ on 29th March and it showed an ETA of 31st March, the order is in processing state and there is no update from the same, I tried reaching out to customer care on 2nd April, they picked up, listened to the problem and disconnected the call, I tried again on 3rd April, they asked me to wait for 2 business days for them to get back with an update on what is happening, not deliver the product, since it is a Friday, so basically 4 days to come back on the status and then they will see by when they can resolve the matter, my existing glasses are broken and it’s already been a week of me without my glasses, I’m having serious headache and watering eye but they seem to not care about it

I ordered an eye frame, but it was never delivered to me or my neighbors. Shockingly, the order status was marked as “Delivered.”I contacted customer support the very next day. Instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly asked to wait. After several follow-ups, I was finally told that since I didn’t contact them within 24 hours, they can’t help — even though I followed all their instructions and delays were from their end.This shows poor customer support and zero accountability. I did not expect this kind of service from a brand like Titan. I would not recommend ordering online from Titan Eye Plus.

I went for the change of my lenses and they altered the whole frame look and the thickness of the frame and while fixing the lens they broke it . When i went to collect it they told me it was already broken . And when i asked for a repair of the same they said we can’t help it and your frame looked old already. Pathetic service . Reached their customer support team and they didn’t help eithwr . Said i could avail 25% discount on new purchase . I wasted my frame plus the lenses amount which was 750 and all they are giving me is 25% Discount . Don’t buyy i repeat don’t buy. You can not trust the brand
