Poor service
It’s totally an useless app….i had tried almost 3 times for different journeys…..non of the booking was successful……but all the 3 times money got debited from my account….toll free is one the worst and useless service as well……instead of fixing their problems they try to teach us how to use the mobile apps……I guess no VIP or politicians is travelling in SETC …so can’t expect any upgrade in this app…..

Customer support is way worst. Given 3 contact numbers all the three were same. 1st one answered and gave another number to contact. That person is not even responding.
Telling that it is a gujarati number in tamil and hangs. Why there is a gujarat number in tnstc app?
